You may be asking yourself "What the heck is a podcast?".
Feel no shame! It is a growing technology, and everybody has something to learn.
A podcast is a collection of digital media files, usually an .MP3 file, which is distributed over the internet, often using a subscription (RSS) feed. It is intended to be played back on a computer or portable device, such as an iPod.
The term podcast, like radio, can refer either to the content itself or to the method by which it is syndicated; the latter is also termed podcasting.
The most common method to listen is with an iPod and iTunes. If you are using iTunes, click Advanced, then 'Subscribe to podcast..." Copy 'http://feeds.feedburner.com/CannedEnergy' into the field, and say OK.

Okey boys, sooo basically if you've recorded the show twice before, maybe you should take a break before you go the third time through.. maybe...
